The Harbour receives Full Planning Permission

Red Rose Corporate Services’ first development scheme at The Harbour (formally Whyndyke Farm) was granted full planning permission from Blackpool Council on 13th January 2012 and Fylde Borough Council on 17th January 2012.

Green light for Lancashire’s £40m Harbour inpatient unit

Following the signing of contracts to secure the land, Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust’s new £40m mental health inpatient unit, The Harbour, will start construction on site in early April 2013.
