Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust can benefit from the skills, expertise and experience within Red Rose Corporate Services LLP. The partnership can be used for a variety of purposes and projects, including but not limited to;

  • Estates Management Services;
  • Space Utilisation;
  • Use surplus land to create new community facilities in partnership with other public service providers;
  • As a property developer, provide health and social care buildings for occupation by others;
  • Working in partnership with providers of community, acute and social care services to deliver community facilities for occupation by those organisations;
  • Offer other services within RRCS LLP areas of expertise
